WorkHeb is a digital marketplace platform that connects employers with skilled workers for various digital services. We also provide a marketplace for digital templates, tools, and resources.

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Workers may undergo verification processes including identity verification and skill assessments. Verified status may be revoked if verification requirements are no longer met.

Platform fees range from 5-10% depending on worker tier. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Escrow protection is available for qualifying transactions.

Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, spam, or any activities that violate applicable laws. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

Users retain ownership of their original content. By using our platform, you grant WorkHeb a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

WorkHeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
